I recently posted this recipe for Chocolate Avocado Mousse, and since I’m technically not supposed to have whey protein on a regular basis, I wanted to recreate this recipe to be dairy free. So here you are my dairy-free friends! Enjoy this one, it’s phenomenal!
Dairy-Free Chocolate Avocado Pudding
yields 4, 1/2 cup servings
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup organic no sugar added coconut milk, full-fat
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop Dynamic Greens chocolate flavor
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until creamy, transfer to an air-tight storage container and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours. Trust me you want to let it cool in the fridge it’s so good when it comes out!
